Scott/N830MH: I've been on the Boeing/Museum of Flight Tour, and unfortunately they do not allow cameras if you take that part of the tour:
There are no personal items allowed on the tour. These items include: purses, backpacks, cameras, binoculars, cell phones, etc. Lockers are available on-site, for a small fee, at the Future of Flight.
They ask you to leave you cameras at the museum... "Too many incidents with people dropping their camera on something down below" is what I was told. If you go to SEA, you should make the trip to Mukilteo (45 mins north).
