is the flight 3 hrs later still the old flight #? They might argue it is 'just a schedule change'. I too think they have to let you change your TATL flight. I lost a fight recently over award re-depositing fees ... the flight time changed and arrival was 40 minutes later ... not much might you say, but 40 minutes late at night might make or break my access to public transportation ... of course they argued that 40 minutes is not enough to waive the fees and after 2 attempts I gave up ... it was just 45 EUR.
