Yep, there was a time when the MO was brand new and it was the end of the post-9/11 downturn for the NYC economy. I think it was mid to late '04? I remember specifically putting visiting colleagues into the Ritz for $325 (and the others, though the Ritz was the preferred location for our business at the time) on a somewhat unexceptional corporate rate.
