You mention breakfast as complimentary, was it included in your rate, based on your status, or for all guests? (I realize that sometimes this isn't clear.)

How was the quality of non-buffet food? How was the service? Did you visit the spa? What activities did you do / sights did you see while in Chiang Rai?

Did you take any pictures?
