In the beginning of January I sent in some BPs for flights TK-flights that were missing. A month later I received an email that "Our partner has confirmed that the flight/s as mentioned is/are not valid for accrual of EuroBonus points.". I replied with a copy of the relevant Eurobonus webpage saying my booking classes were valid. Yet another month later I sent a reminder to SAS. There was no reply but two days later the flights were in my account.
