I'm curious on this, too. I have been looking at vegas.com BRG, and from what I read under the T&C it doesn't specifically mention that both hotels must have the same cancellation policy, since the hotel website is refundable and vegas.com is not (unless you buy the cancellation voucher, which even then makes you cancel 72+hours in advance). Since the hotel promo is publicly available and yet has a discount "code", would any of these rates qualify?
