We go to either Cap Grille or Ruth's Chris in PHL fairly frequently. In fact, we ate at Ruth's Chris last night. Ruth's is my favorite of the two. I get the same thing .....petite filet with extra butter, shoestring potatoes, mushroooms and the berries with cream for dessert. So good. The arugula salad is not that great. It's too spicy. Cap Grille's bar scene is superior though IMO.
