I would double check if the UK has no special arrangement for EU citizens with Eastern
European passports. Some western European countries had temporary restrictions because they were afraid of an "invasion" by cheap Eastern European workers.
Along with most EU citizens, Polish citizens have free right to live and work in the UK.
The only EU countries whose citizens have residence and employment restrictions within the UK are Bulgaria and Romania.
