The ones here in CLE are pretty good, but all I have really experienced is scheduling my shower on the other side of the pond and making bag tags.

I do know they have been very helpful to friends during irrops situations.

My biggest complaint is that the ones in EWR doing nothing for anyone who connects. Luckily CLE has opened a BizFirst lane for those connecting, but for other outstations people seem to get zero benefit from the service.
