I think I at least owe you this for your helpful comments! It might get a bit stale in the "mail" though (that rhymed.. awesome) ... I could always send it via UPS on priority, ya never know it might get to you still hot!
I might leave UT NP's till next year as im already planning NYC > San Fran the long way round, im just itching to get back to manhattan!
