Side issue - I wonder how this property fits into Hyatt's portfolio - Park Hyatt (obviously not - and seems to be International oriented these days) - Andaz (doesn't seem "hip" enough from the pictures) - Grand Hyatt (obviously not either - since there is one already in downtown SEA) - Hyatt Regency (possibly) - obviously neither Hyatt Place nor Summerfield.
More notes - I checked some random dates in March - seems like pricing is about $10 less per night than the GH (although there isn't any AAA rates at this property yet).
