To boot, online rez for my DO flights somehow got "blown" - I made the rez, got the initial email with the flights but never got the second email post ticketing. Didn't realize this until I went online to check seats and there was no itinerary there. Called Elite line who referred me to tech support who referred me to Meeting Works (when they opened this morning) who said nothing to be done. Had to make a new rez which priced out about $20 higher and of course too late for he EUA on the outbound.
