Thanks. This will be from PAP; I didn't mention it because I thought I'd be getting odd looks distracting from the question. I'm sure they don't have preclearance. I've heard of good deals at the airport shop there; if anyone's familiar with PAP airport, is it the usual duty-free shop arrangement where you would only get there after making the decision to check a bag or not?
