No, they are a bit better, those chocolate biscuits. I was really hoping for reintroduction of sandwich service, or a bit of variety on the nonsense they serve. I hate the lo-co pay for what you consume concept, but sometimes sitting on a KL flight I wish I could just buy something a bit better.

Anyway, because of the stupid mistakes at Flying Blue, I should see less of those blasted TUC biscuits in the coming months.

I constantly lament the abysmal, rubbish service the airlines provide on short flights. Any dinner table conversation ends up slagging most of the airlines off for the rubbish they serve up. No-one talks about the other, important aspects of a flight, such as safety etc. Just the service, because it is the most visible thing when you are actually in the plane. Does it really cost so much more just to improve it a bit?

For my experience, which despite a fair bit of flying is still limited, the best service in European economy is provided by OS, OK, LG and VG. Any others?
