Diamond for several years. 2 night award stay at London Paddington last November...arrived early AM, was just going to inquire about the type of room to expect when checking in later, and could we leave the luggage please. Room was upgraded from a twin to a king, lounge access was provided, and we were allowed to check-in immediately. Very nice, and all on an award stay. Now to get 28 stays to stay Diamond for all of 2009.
