That is really ironic as the post office gives these coins out as change if you buy stamps from their vending machines. If they are such a PITA to them why do they give them out?
If this situation comes up for me at a PO you can bet they will get an earful from me.
BTW - I don't follow the 41-cent stamp Vs. 42-cent stamp logic.
