Yes you'd be able to make the change and route via another connecting city, however you will be subject to a change fee and fare difference if applicable.

There is a connection via YVR (on AC103 @ 7am or AC025 @ 8am) which is showing a base fare currently of $324. These are currently the cheapest options to LAS on your travel day.
