While I agree with the rental car idea, if they really want a lounge, why not the AS Board Room in T-3? Since they will clear immigration in Canada, they should just deplane at a gate and have access to the Board Room. Day passes are $30 each instead of $50, and I think they get free drinkies (not sure about that).
