Advance Seat Assignment
Had a problem related to my advance Seat Assignment on AF from CDG-LAX. When I checked in at CDG my seat 19C had been given away to another passenger and I was relagated to 45J (and, no, I was not late for check-in). The check-in agent told me that an agent in BCN had released my seat and assigned to another passenger. (Yes, I took a look at who was in my seat!) Total disregard for my elite status! Is this common with AF?
