QR is better than LH in terms of food and drinks. The seats are more or less on the same level of comfort - I, personally, could not say i prefer the one over the other. In regards of the entertainment system QR is better, but then these flights are not that long. Service-wise, I like QR more but I am sure there are others who would prefer LH.
The main point for me would be the return flight, where if flying QR you will be allowed to use the Premium Terminal which is very nice, whilst if flying LH you would be limited to the dump they call an airport which resembles more a (busy) train station of the fifties than an airport.
So, unless you are after status miles on LH I would go for QR.
