A friend of mine needs to travel to Bugulma, Tatarstan (UUA). The route is served from Moscow by Bugulma Air Enterprise once/day, on a Yak-40. Does anyone have any information on how to check availability or fares for these flights, short of calling a Moscow-based travel agent?
