Sounds like you are on the same plan as me, although my spreadhsheet includes these columns (Retention Miles, username/Password/URL)
And A table that shows me the last applied date +60 days, by card type. So I can see CitiAA Personal + 60 and know when to apply again.
Of course, I have a spreadsheet that only has about 40 cards on it, over 2-3 years....
