Lucky...Tampa Electric has payment centers, but almost all of them charge a fee to accept payment at them.
Oh, and they're mostly in parts of town that I wouldn't drive into during the day, let alone get out of my car. The only fee-free method they accept is payment via check. They'll gladly take a credit card for a $5 transaction fee.
...which is why I like to make life easy by depositing all of these to my bank, then EFTing my payments to places that do not accept CCs (such as utilities) and then using new income to pay back my CC for the charge to get the coins! Saves a stamp and justifies the use of bank to unlaod the coinage. Plus, it makes it seem as though one is earing miles to pay the electric bill- (or any bill-including even property taxes, insurance or mortgage)
