Can't help with menu, but flight is wide open in all classes except First, where there are only 2 seats left. There are at least 9 unsold seats in Club, with 4 "I" class (discounted CW) still available. Nowhere to get upgraded to tho!!.. Sorry, The specialist just beet me to it!
