Hmmm. Amsterdam-Shanghai can be a hit or miss. I haven't done that route, but I suspect KLM may be using the same kosher caterer as Air France for the outbound flight. If so, it probably would be Servicair with Paris Beth Din hechsher, which is ok. Though inbound out of PVG can be the dreaded Fogel's green box. Shanghai has chabad but they don't do airline catering. I'd be curious to know myself.

I "think" we might experiment with the AMS-PVG for this segment, and see how it goes. Do you assume that [Kosher] catering for this route (AMS-PVG) in J will be with proper crockery and cutlery?
