Among the airlines, apart from frequent flyer programs having their individual fora, there are six fora for "all other" frequent flyer programs on geographical basis (India, Hawaii and four regions - Europe, Americas, East Asia/Pacific, West Asia/Africa).

There also is a section for "other" frequent travel programs. But this is confusing: it contains three specific fora (Amtrak, IDine and one other) - and then nothing else.

Surely there are plenty of other "frequent traveller" programs? Amtrak is not the only railway running theirs - Eurostar certainly has theirs, and I think there are others, then several ship/ferry lines have frequent traveller programs... Is there any obvious place to discuss them?
