I am concerned with being stuck in a too small vehicle with too many other travelers. Also, is the luggage service good? Do they take circuitous routes that make the trip longer than it has to be. Do they 'group' travelers to nearby hotels or do they simply stuff them into the closet vehicle, regardless of destination?
I guess what I want to know is: Are they efficient?
