Don't book any 777 that isn't a 777-200 or a 777-300ER if you want to be sure of a decent seat in F or J. Even then, aircraft substitutions happen, so you could still be switched into the old crappy F.
Once the upgrade of the older 777-300's is complete, we'll have to moan about something else
