We have milk on board and I think it is 2%. Now having said that, i'm going to warn you about the milk we have onboard. It has been pasturized quite a bit more than usual in order for it to keep longer in a non-chilled environment. I've had some people love the milk and I have had others hate it. I would suggest either buying it before hand, you can bring children's milk through the checkpoint or buy some at the airport.
LGB doesn't have much beyond security. There is a place to buy sandwiches and drinks but beyond that nothing. I do highly suggest the "Prop Room" above the terminal if you want to get a great meal! There is also some food places pre-security, i believe you can bring food through the checkpoints...correct?
