Um, I think you're talking about the 764. When Delta first started flying those ships on transatlantic missions, but before they installed proper BE seating, they sold them as all-coach and allowed Medallions and full-fare pax to fly in the domestic F seats up front.

Fortunately, those days are long in the past. Most of the 764s (the ones currently used for tatl missions) have been upgraded to BE seating. 763s were never affected by this and they themselve have now been upgraded to have leather seats and touchscreen AVOD in BE.
