Woman Accuses AA Employees of Vulgar, Threatening Texts

After hanging up with a representative from American Airlines, customer Marla Margolis claims to have received several threatening text messages, including “I will put my foot up your a–” and “Are you enjoying my foot up your a–?”

Marla admits to having made a rude parting shot before hanging up, adding “I did say a not nice thing to him as I was hanging up the phone.”

American Airlines claims to be investigating the incident.

    Given she is accustomed to saying rude things to people, maybe they were from someone other than the AA rep.
