Jokes aside, I have a free account with attachmore which is designed for emailing oversized attachments. What I do is print a boarding pass as a PDF attachment to attachmore and pick an easy name like “stuartboardingpass” as my temporary name. I can then use a browser in theh hotel business center to print the boarding pass without fear of malware stealing my credentials or infecting my USB key. With electronic boarding passes, I need this tip less and less.
