What’s Pink, Cute and Able to Hold Up an EasyJet Flight?

This flamingo made it clear who’s captain of this ship – er, runway.

EasyJet passengers were in for a treat on Sunday when their plane landed at Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI). Reported by the Daily Mail, a crew member said the plane had to break because of the bird. The nonchalant flamingo was completely unfazed from the honking, which can be heard in the video.

All eyes were on the pink flamingo while it teased that it would be leaving after flying a few feet, only to land back on the tarmac – front and center of the mechanical giant. Luckily, the plane didn’t experience major delays, and both the passengers and the flamingo remained safe.

Though the department of wildlife control was contacted, the flamingo gracefully sauntered off on its own accord.
