WestJet Employee Exposed to De-Icer, Sent to Hospital

WestJet Airlines has confirmed that on Sunday, two crew members were sent for medical treatment after de-icing fluid accidentally eked into the air conditioning of the aircraft at Calgary International Airport (YYC). The airline has confirmed that no passengers were injured as a result of the incident, and the plane returned to the gate where medical personnel were able to assist with the situation.
