VP Biden Comments on LaGuardia Revamp

U.S. Vice President Joe Biden spoke at LaGuardia Airport (LGA) Tuesday to give a speech commending a $4 billion revamp of the airport that includes an improvement of its footprint and a new 35-gate central terminal. Two years prior, he likened LaGuardia Airport to a “Third World country.”
