Video: Uber Driver Assaulted, Choked By TLC Officers at JFK

While they eventually handcuffed the man, drivers advocates claim the officers – who wrestled him – went too far. An investigation by the TLC is currently underway.

The headline suggests that the Uber driver was the aggressor ("involved in" rather than "subject of"). Was this intentional?

The only thing disturbing about this is a grown man acting like a two year old.
