Pakistani Carrier Slips Off Runway
Ten passengers suffered minor injuries after their Shaheen Air flight careened off the runway upon landing in Allama Iqbal International Airport (LHE) near Lahore, Pakistan, on Tuesday.
While the 112 individuals and seven crew members onboard the Boeing 737-400 are now reported to be safe, they were forced to disembark via emergency slides due to an alleged undercarriage malfunction with the aircraft that may have also caused one of its tires to burst.
