United Says Sorry to Disabled Man Who Crawled Off Flight

A disabled man who was forced to crawl off his flight last week has received an apology from United Airlines. United has officially said it’s sorry for what happened to D’Arcee Neal, 29, who has cerebral palsy, claiming it made a “mistake” by removing the special wheelchair he needed. The legacy carrier has offered Neal $300 for the incident.
