United Rescues Brokenhearted Passenger

“Today United reassured me once again in my choice of airlines.”

Yesterday, a FlyerTalk member shared a story about his experience with United Airlines after his wife “let me know not to bother coming home.

Her call came just an hour before his flight and when he called United’s 1k line to change it, they went above and beyond to help a passenger going through a hard time.
