United 2015 Club Lounges Ranking

Last week, United Airlines revealed the winners of last year’s Club Customer Service Awards. Domestically, George Bush International Airport (IAH) and Denver International Airport (DEN) took the top prizes for having best overall clubs. Internationally, Heathrow Airport (LHR) and Benito Juarez International Airport (MEX) claimed the top spots. The carrier’s most-improved club, however, went to the lounge at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD).

@cymbo Hopefully you are not talking about the SFO "Rotunda" United Club. That one is one of the nicer looking ones in the system. The only thing that needs to be replaced in that club are the seats and tables. But putting the new look in that one would ruin it.

DEN as overall "best" club???!!!!! Really? I lost all respect for the publication after reading that. Best UA Club is the GFL at LHR.

The LHR UA club really is up there with the best airline clubs, but the competition is stiff there with BA in 5, a good priority pass lounge and the Skyteam lounge in 4. But I haven't been to any domestic lounge for UA that holds a candle to those. I wonder what IAD club they are referring to. They all seem plain to me. Even the GFL at IAD is only up to about the level of the LH lounges there.
