United Is Getting Serious With Its Coffee
United Airlines today announced that as part of the company’s new push to improve all aspects of its operations under new CEO Oscar Munoz it could be parting ways with Fresh Brew, its current coffee vendor.
The airline has been carrying Fresh Brew’s products for three years, supplying its passengers with 60 million cups of coffee per year.
A United spokesman said while Fresh Brew is indeed a contender going forward, there are two other global premium coffee brands that are in the running. Starbucks, it has been confirmed, is not one.
