United Airlines Wants to Help You Cook Airline Food

In an apparent effort to rebrand airline food, United Airlines has released the United Polaris Cookbook, which features recipes from over 40 meal selections curated by the airline’s executive chefs. The experience is meant to approximate the luxury of the airline’s business class, and the cookbook retails for $29.99.

A percentage of sales will be donated by United to The Trotter Project, an initiative named after the late Charlie Trotter that intends to invest in young professionals and provide support as they pursue a career in the culinary arts.
