UA Says It Will Strengthen Partnership With Avianca

In an announcement Tuesday, United Airlines said it will be working with Avianca S.A. Holdings and Avianca Brasil to improve upon the two companies’ relationships. Both companies are members of global airline alliance Star Alliance.

“Deepening our relationship allows us to expand on our existing Star Alliance and strategic partnerships in the region as we continue building a great network in Latin America,” said United President Scott Kirby.
