U.S. Courts to FAA: Review Legroom on Flights

After hearing a case brought forth by a group called Air Passengers Rights Group, a United States court has ruled that domestic carriers have reduced legroom afforded to consumers too drastically in recent days. The judge ordered the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to reassess the amount of legroom offered aboard commercial flights, challenging the FAA’s previous decision not to decide on a minimum amount of space required.
