Two Travelers Busted for Concealed Weapons

Two passengers, 40-year-old Miguel Rosario Munoz and 18-year-old Lizbeth M. Esteras, were detained by TSA agents after attempting to smuggle several “artfully concealed” weapons through a security checkpoint at LaGuardia airport. A TSA search revealed a straight razor hidden inside Munoz’s shoe, a blade hidden inside a bottle of cologne, and another razor hidden within the band of Esteras’ baseball cap. The two passengers face charges of criminal possession of a weapon.

The best part from the story: "Rosario Munoz and Esteras both received desk appearance tickets for weapon possession and were released. Their names do not appear on any terrorism watch lists, a source said." So yea, they just let them go with a 'ticket' for now.

Hand these jackarses to homeland security and charge them with terrorism offenses in addition to weapon's charges.
