TSA Says No to Gun-Themed Shoes

A woman was stopped by Transportation Security Administration (TSA) officials at Baltimore–Washington International Airport (BWI) last weekend when a search of her carry-on lead to the discovery of gun-themed shoes and bracelets. “Items such as this look like real, actual firearms to the TSA officers who are staffing the X-ray monitors,” and result in delays, said TSA spokesperson Lisa Farbstein.
