Threat of Legal Action Forces BA to Pause Meal Plan

Following the threat of a lawsuit, British Airways has decided to pause its move of scrapping free food and drinks for passengers on short-haul flights. A measure nixing the offerings was reportedly set to go into effect this summer, but after one flyer complained – noting that he and thousands of others had already purchased tickets before the rule was made public – the airline halted its plans.

You are all missing the point. The sexism is demonstrated by the very fact that SOMEONE needs to be designated Head of Household. This assumption is regressive and clearly should be changed. We live as equals. Ask yourselves why this was even necessary in the first place? What is its function???

Only seems right. They don't charge new baggage fees based on date of flight, but when ticket was purchased.
