American Airline’s Regional Carrier’s “Technical Issue” Leaves Thousands Stranded

On Thursday night, a “technical issue” with American Airlines’ regional carrier PSA Airlines left thousands of flyers unable to board their flights at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) and led to a total 275 canceled flights.

It wasnt a CLT issue, it was all of PSA being down. Which is convenient for AA to point to and say "It's not our fault", except they own PSA. Every flight handled by the PSA Dayton office was down. They didnt have the sense to say "We dont even know whats going on" and tried to keep us on the plane in DSM. When we realized they didnt even know what was wrong, we just got off the plane. It certainly wasnt the mess you saw on the news at CLT, but the 1800 number was responding better than the exec plat desk. They didnt cancel the flight for around 5 hours, and didnt fly again until Friday.
