This Aircraft Was Diverted Twice in Less Than 24 Hours

A JetBlue flight en route to San Francisco underwent mechanical issues on Tuesday and Wednesday, forcing the Airbus A320 to return to Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) twice in 24 hours.

The aircraft made its initial diversion Tuesday night and passengers were provided an alternate aircraft Wednesday morning. When pilots later attempted to fly the original aircraft out of RNO, mechanical issues once again forced a return landing.
