Third Circuit Court: TSA Cannot Be Sued for Retaliation

On Tuesday, the Third Circuit Court ruled that screeners with the Transportation Security Administration cannot be sued for allegedly retaliating against travelers. The decision came after a man claimed to have been arrested due to a TSA agent’s fraudulent claim that he issued a bomb threat while passing through security.
